WEEK 12.
I am participating in many exercises. Most of the time I go running or go to the gym. Where i exercise most is around my neighborhood or the mountain to go hiking. Yes, I have seen many improvements. I need to improve my pushing myself more because then that is how I get better. I am most accomplished about just getting out there and exercising. Yes, I have reached my class goal of loosing weight.

Fitness and Your 13-18 Year Old
It’s good for kids to exercise and stay in shape while being a child and being an adult. Doing exercise and sports will benefit you in many ways. It will benefit you now and also in the future. If you are energetic it will help you maintain a healthy weight, more energetic, and will also make you have a better outlook. All of these mentioned are what people want. And it is not hard for it.
Sports are a good way of exercise. Whether they are team sports or not, that is a good idea. First of all they can help you boost your self esteem. Also, they can help you make some good friends that maybe will impact your life more than you would think. It is also good having a friend that likes the same things as you, like sports. Also being in a sport can be a lot of fun for you. It is also proven that doing exercises can help your heart and prevent diabetes or diseases.
In this I learned that you should exercise atleast and hour a day and everyday. When teens get older they usually drop out of sports and only participate in the physical education class in school. You can help your health by doing any sport or exercise. As long as you are moving and doing exercise that is good. Whether it be yoga, skateboarding or anything. Also doing sports will help them stay away from negative things.

MY WORKOUTS.
The past for weeks I have done many exercises including running, jogging, going to the gym, and many stretches and exercises included in the links. I have been working out at my house, and at the gym. Yes, I have seen improvement. The thing that I need to work on is pushing myself. The accomplishment I am most proud of is getting out and exercising everday.
