WEEK 12.
I am participating in many exercises. Most of the time I go running or go to the gym. Where i exercise most is around my neighborhood or the mountain to go hiking. Yes, I have seen many improvements. I need to improve my pushing myself more because then that is how I get better. I am most accomplished about just getting out there and exercising. Yes, I have reached my class goal of loosing weight.
